CloudMount Pro

CloudMount is free to use with one drive. CloudMount Pro removes the one-drive limit and adds the features below.

Free Pro
Add and configure drives Any number Any number
Drives in use at a time One: in the Files app on Android, in File Explorer on Windows All
Vaults Open and copy files out Create, restore and add files
Encrypted, combined and other wrapping drives No Yes
Search across drives, and copy and move between drives One drive All drives
Offline files (Android) and Always keep on this device (Windows) No Yes
Sync folders, and backup: photos and videos on Android, any folder on Windows No Yes

Everything else is free on both platforms, including the Files app and File Explorer integration, uploads, thumbnails, the in-app viewers and editor, trash, storage insights, share links, widgets, and import and export.

On the free plan you can add as many drives as you like, but only one is in use: shown in the Files app or File Explorer, and available for browsing. The others are kept, marked inactive or Not synced on the free plan, and you can switch which drive is active at any time. Wrapping drives such as encrypted drives can’t be the free drive. Vaults don’t count: they’re always in the Files app or File Explorer, read-only on the free plan.

Until you choose, the free drive is the first one by name. CloudMount remembers it, so adding another drive later doesn’t change it. Android and Windows follow the same rule, so the same drives give the same free drive.

Pro is sold in two ways, with prices set by the store in your currency:

  • Yearly, a subscription that renews automatically. It may start with a free trial; cancel in the store before the trial ends and you aren’t charged.
  • Lifetime, a one-time purchase.

Unlocks CloudMount on Android CloudMount on Windows

CloudMount has no accounts, so a purchase on one platform doesn’t unlock the other. Restore purchases in the app checks the store again, for example on a new device.

On Windows, only the Microsoft Store version can buy Pro. If the Store can’t be reached, CloudMount goes by your last confirmed purchase for up to 30 days.

If a subscription lapses or is refunded, nothing is deleted:

  • One drive stays active, which you can change; the others become inactive.
  • Android: sync folders and photo backups set up with Pro pause, and offline copies stay but stop updating. Vaults stay in the app and the Files app, read-only: you can open everything in them and copy it out.
  • Windows: other drives stay in File Explorer but stop syncing, and their files can’t be opened until they’re served again. Files set to Always keep on this device stay downloaded, but new pins are undone. CloudMount remembers them and restores them if Pro returns. Sync tasks and folder backups stay, with their history, but don’t run. Vaults stay in File Explorer, read-only: you can open everything in them and copy it out, deleting and renaming are refused, and new or changed files wait on the PC until Pro returns.

Everything resumes when you go Pro again.
